What to Bring
Here are a few tips and ideas on what to bring with you on race day!
- Photo ID – If you did not pick up your packet at the Saturday Retailer, you will need your ID for Packet Pickup at the venue
- Change of Clothes and a Towel – There will be changing tents and rinse-off stations onsite for all participants
- Camping/Lawn Chair(s) – Hang out and enjoy post-race food, music, the on-stage pull-up contest, and watch everyone get Down & Dirty in our HUGE mud pit!
- Cash or Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard) – There will be Official Down & Dirty Merchandise for sale onsite as well as onsite vendors. You won’t want to miss out!
Please look under your city’s page for directions to the Race Venue and parking instructions. Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled race start time to allow time for parking, picking up your packet (if not already done so on Saturday Packet Pickup), and dropping off your bag at the Bag Check.
As a benefit to all racers, the Down & Dirty Obstacle Race presented by Keyes Automotive Group will offer a bag check for all athletes. Each athlete can attach the “Bag Check” tear off portion at the bottom of their race bib to one bag. Each racer must have their bib number to claim their bag. While the bag check area is secure and we make every effort to protect your belongings, MESP, Inc. and the Down & Dirty Obstacle Race presented by Keyes Automotive Group is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
Every finisher receives a Down & Dirty presented by Keyes Automotive Group dog tag to commemorate their accomplishment along with a bottle of water to re-hydrate.
Post-Race Athlete Refreshments
Look out for the Athlete Refreshments tent once you cross the finish line for additional water and post-race snacks.
Be sure to check out our sponsor tents and other local brands at the Race Day Expo! Don’t forget to get your picture taken at the Finish Line from Tagkast, grab some Keyes Automotive Group giveaways, get your hair cut at the Paul Mitchell Cut-A-Thon for Operation Gratitude, who will also be onsite with free goodies for donations to military personnel. Following the race, check out your race day photos captured by Gameface Media!
Rinse Off Stations and Changing Tents
Bring a towel and a change of clothes! There will be rinse off stations for all racers to clean off and tents to change after the race.
