Packet Pick-Up

Please note that a photo ID is required to pick up all packets. You will not be permitted to pick up someone else’s packet, nor will they be permitted to pick up  yours.

Race Etiquette

Run on the right, pass on the left

All racers must wear their race number on their shirt

No diving in the mud pit

All racers must be at least 13 years old to participate in the 3 mile course, and 14 years old to participate in the 6 mile course.

All racers must wear shoes through the mud pit

All racers must stay well hydrated; use the water stations on the course

High five at least 3 volunteers!

Entry Fees

All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other athletes.

Event Sellouts

In the event of a sell-out, all entries and entry fees received after the closing date will be automatically returned within 5 business days. Waiting lists will not be established for any events.

Athlete Conduct

All athletes are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsman-like way. MESP reserves the right to refuse future race entry and to disqualify anyone who conducts himself or herself in a way unbecoming of an athlete. Fighting, foul language, cheating and other un-sportsmanlike practices will not be tolerated.


The Timing Director will resolve all timing problems. If an official is not present, the Timing Director will have the final decision on all protests and will consult with the Race Director if necessary.

In order to participate in the award ceremony, timing problems and protests must be presented within the posted 15-minute protest period. Problems and protests presented after the 15-minute protest period may not be addressed in time for the award ceremony.

Results will emailed to you race day afternoon and be available on race day. Please email all questions regarding results to All disputes will be sent to the timing director and addressed in a timely manner. Changes will be made up to two weeks following the event after which time all results will be considered final.
